Football4Wildlife Girls Club Project 2025

Since the registration of Water4Wildlife Maasai Mara in 2019 football has been a key tool in wildlife conservation. Through football, children within the Maasai Mara communities have been inspired positively and have become wildlife conservation champions. In
2025, they are taking this cause a notch higher by introducing the Football4Wildlife Girls club in partnership with UEFA Foundation for Children.
Team sports encourage teamwork and girls playing football challenges traditional gender roles and promotes equality in football. The club will provide a safe space for girls to freely interact and receive mentorship by women wildlife game rangers.
